IMPORTANT MESSAGE
Due to a recent fire, our room reservations are temporarily limited.
Rooms Available & Reservations
Our office is open daily from 8 AM to 6 PM through April 12. Starting April 13, hours extend to 8 AM–9 PM.
Online Bookings:
We are now accepting online reservations for rooms in the two back buildings, with availability starting April 13th. These will be the only available rooms available at this time (see "About the Fire..." below).
Construction fencing surrounds the front building, with a single-lane path for vehicles to travel around it. You may also notice construction activity during regular business hours, as the site is being prepared for new development throughout the rest of the year.
Bookings Unavailable for Front Building:
Unfortunately, all rooms in the front building, including the "Single Full Bed" rooms and all but one of the "Two Full Bed" rooms, were either destroyed or severely damaged by smoke from the fire. The front building will remain closed until at least December 31, 2025, while we focus on rebuilding. We are unsure of how long the process will take or whether we will be able to offer the same room types once the work is completed.
Pet-Friendly Rooms:
We have one dog-friendly room available at this time. This room features two full beds and is located in our furthest back building.
About the Fire of 12/24/2024
The fire caused significant damage to all rooms in our front building, including the "Single Full Bed" rooms and all but one of the "Two Full Bed" rooms, which were either destroyed or severely damaged by smoke.
The water feed pipe supplying our two back buildings runs beneath the affected structure and was also damaged in the fire. As a result, we were unable to honor reservations for the foreseeable future and have notified all guests with upcoming bookings.
This situation will remain in effect while representatives from Insurcomm, the general contractor appointed by our insurance company, complete their assessments. They are working closely with our local mechanical, electrical, and plumbing service providers to develop a plan to repair the damage and restore water service to the two back buildings.
Due to the extent of the damage, state investigators were unable to determine the cause of the fire, and it has been classified as undetermined.
